Adult Body Size Survey

This survey is used to capture the Embark predicted height and weight, body size alleles, and your dogs body condition. The data will be used to see how the body size traits appear to effect adult height and weight, and how accurate the predictions are. Please be as accurate as possible, as incorrect height, weight or body condition information will skew the final results.
All entries are in standard (pounds/inches), not metric. Click here for a conversion chart.
